Ask for shipping costs, estimated lead time and delivery responsibilities in your quotation.
Information for a delivery proposal
- Product, selected configuration and quantity.
- Destination country, city and postal code.
- Target delivery date and any receiving restrictions.
- Requirements for insurance, customs documents, unloading or installation.
Include these details when you request a quotation so the delivery scope can be discussed alongside the equipment.
Lead time and dispatch
Lead time varies by configuration, availability, production requirements and destination. Ask for an estimated dispatch date and transit time separately. Final schedules and any prerequisites are confirmed in the quotation or order agreement.
Freight, customs and import charges
The agreed delivery terms should identify the destination and responsibilities for freight, insurance, customs clearance, taxes and duties. Do not assume these items are included in an equipment price unless stated in writing.
Tell us about documentation requirements before ordering, including the commercial invoice, packing list, product information or certificates required by your institution or importer. Availability of specific documents must be confirmed.
Receiving the equipment
Plan access, handling equipment and storage conditions for the package dimensions and weight specified for your order. Check the shipment against the accompanying documents and record visible packaging or equipment damage with photographs before discarding packaging.
Contact [email protected] with your order reference and supporting details if there is damage, a missing item or a delivery discrepancy.
Site preparation and installation
Confirm power, cooling, environmental, space and handling requirements for your selected equipment. Installation, commissioning and training are included only when expressly agreed in the purchase scope.
